Free 1lb per person.

Officially you're suppose to buy 1 drink per person.

But a group of us (3 people) ordered a pitcher of beer, and they still gave us 3lbs of wings for free.

Fucking horrible people working the door. Saw so many people get in for free because they knew the person working. Girl with blue hair gave me so much attitude when I simply asked how many people were in front of me. I got there at 7:45 and put my name down. Told an estimated 30-45 min wait. After an hour I was told another 30... I wouldn't have cared if I didn't see the hostess let so many friends in. Ended up leaving now...

Yeah, I remember the last time I went there for something similar. Took two hours to get in. It gets to the point, you think, "I've been here for 1-1/2 hours, why leave now?"

It was free, so I didn't complain. There's got to be a better way to keep it fair. Letting friends in is not cool, if indeed that's what happened.

I didn't go this year, because it wasn't a great experience the last time around. Perhaps line up for vouchers that are good for the rest of the week? Limit it to whatever number usually attends the one evening. That way, people won't be turned off with the place due to a horrible experience.

Just my two bits...........

It was the bigger groups that had a hard time getting in. I only went as a group of 3 and got ahead of 2+ groups of 6 or more. Only waited about 20 minutes.

Waiting and wasting anything from 30mins to 1.5hrs for free 1lb of wings, yea totally not worth it IMO, especially at Wings. I've had some horrendous experiences at Burnaby Wings relating to service and food and it seems it goes the same for everyone else I know who has gone there.

I had already eaten prior to going, I just came back from Calgary and wanted to just go for the sake of seeing my friends. I could have cared less for the wait, with the amount of people outside it was pretty obvious to be expected. I was peeved at how frequently friends of the hostesses etc were being let in and were able to cut the line. Like fuck if you're going to do that don't do it so obliviously infront of people who have been waiting..

its the same cheap bastards that will wait 10 min at a gas station while burning more fuel than you can save for a few cents per liter.

Oh sheesh, no wonder it was busy as hell yesterday. Decided to go after work, and friends who got there first told us it was freakin' packed. Good thing we didn't wait and just went somewhere else.
