speeding with a kid inside, REALLY!!

Jsunu 07-23-2012 03:01 PM

I am more concerned by how they are speeding with child with no car seat and the seatbelt not across her chest but over her arms (which can easily throw the kid out).

HondaGuy 07-23-2012 03:14 PM

I agree with Ferrarienzo and jsunu...

Gtr is a great car and all, no doubt... Just more worried about your own child's well being safety.

SkunkWorks 07-23-2012 03:38 PM

I dunno about you guys but I love it when kids get super excited with cars. Can't speak up for the possible consequences but this is by far one of my favourites:

-agree with all you guys about putting a child, especially your own child's safety, above all else.

-hope the kid told her Mommy about the joy ride in the GT-R so that Mommy can slap Daddy in the head. What an idiot!

If he wants to give his daughter a ride in a vehicle, then he should drive his minivan. :troll:

should have driven the GT-R without the child as a passenger. What a reckless father.

Not if you have turbo.

bloodmack 07-24-2012 07:06 AM

i think thats fucking awesome, I remember when my dad took me around in his iroc-z camaro back in the day. Loved every second of it.

westopher 07-24-2012 09:21 AM

If it weren't for my cousin taking me up and down country roads in his old roadrunner when I was 7 or 8, I don't think I'd be as excited about cars as I am now. The guy isn't weaving through traffic evading police. Not saying we should all go out and live our lives a quarter mile at a time, but when threads like this pop up all of a sudden 90% of the people on a car tuning website have ever accelerated fast before.

Yodamaster 07-24-2012 01:14 PM

Idk about you guys, but I enjoyed the rides I got in an E36 when I was five.

Agreed 100%

I can hardly remember yesterday but have vivid memories of my dad doing donuts in his '72 Chevelle back when I was 5 or 6. Booster seat? :fuckthatshit:

nabs 07-24-2012 01:22 PM

It's not about me not ever accelerated that fast before, I have accelerated fast (obviously not as fast as the GTR), however I have never done it, nor will I ever do it with a child in the car. Yes we all remember our parents/uncles giving us the thrill of our lives accelerating in their sports cars, however times have changed drastically since then. Yes YOU (the driver) may be an excellent driver, however there are many more drivers on the road that you have to take into consideration now, nowadays even when were not driving over the limit people try stupid shit on the road, like cutting in front of you and braking, or turning into your lane without looking etc,.

IMO its just wreckless.
