These function similarly to quick releases, but rather than removing the wheel entirely, you can quickly tilt it ~90* up.
Quality is awesome. The unit is anodized black, with anodized orange quick tilt lever. Includes a locking mechanism w/ 2 keys, mounting bolts, allan wrench and horn contact ring.
The lock mechanism can be attached to secure the unit (using the included keys) from tilting. It is optional as the hub has a locking lever that must be pulled to allow the unit to flip up.
Brand new in box - Includes everything required to install to a momo / nardi hub boss/wheel combo.
