Sony NEX-5N replacement battery?

Hey

I've been having trouble finding a replacement battery for my nex-5n. Apparently all the batteries for the nex 5 or 3 have different chips in the battery that aren't compatible with the 5n. I've been trying to find a reseller who actually sells a NP-FW50 Battery for the nex-5n.

And yes, I know I can buy a battery straight from sony for 90 bucks, but I'm trying to avoid doing that.

Thanks

Trust me, it's worth buying the OEM battery instead of buying third-party/after market variety. Battery is the last thing I would want to cheap out.

the difference between the price from BHphoto and the Canadian retailers is quite significant.

Then head to the states to buy it or get B&H photo to ship it to Hagen's or some form of PO Box delivery. It's free shipping to the states.
