@outlook.com

Grab your Outlook.com email address now...

I signed up for it and all I got to say is... Microsoft has out done themselves... very sleek and easy on the eye design, kudos to them.

Article on the Verge about it... Outlook.com: an all-new Metro style Hotmail with Skype video calling | The Verge

(please remember it's still in preview mode as you will see some hotmail icons from time to time)

outlook.com has almost the same interface as the exchange webmail interface which i think is way easier to navigate through

Interesting... signed up just to reserve some email addresses. Not planning on switching from Gmail anytime in the near future though, unless there are compelling reasons to.

rageguy 07-31-2012 05:31 PM

Signed up earlier this morning and managed to get my firstnamelastname@outlook.com. Feels so lucky!

The interface is great. Very Metro-ish, in line with the upcoming Windows 8. I'm very excited for the launch.

you can also just log into your old hotmail.com account and rename it to a new outlook.com and it will migrate over as well.

muteki 07-31-2012 05:48 PM

Hmm.. reversed some email addresses as well. :3

FerrariEnzo 07-31-2012 08:25 PM

On the top right hand corner, you'll see "Options." Click on that and you'll see the Outlook.com upgrade.

ZenZa 08-01-2012 12:28 AM

Sweet, now I have firstnamelastname emails for gmail and outlook.

Not a big fan of having numbers in email addresses.

kwy 08-01-2012 12:35 AM

Sweet, got firstnamelastname as well. Took me forever to come up with a gmail acct because everything was taken.

Storage space is unlimited. Attachment size default is 25MB anything larger seemlessly sends through their skydrive up to 300MB per.
