When I saw her face and heard her talk, Mass Effect popped into my head.

Well, turns out she voices/is the face model for Miranda Lawson from ME. Even her lines in Dexter were Mass Effect-like...

i dont know if its an homage or anything but when she referred to dexter as Mr. Morgan 2 or 3 times, right away the name Morgan Grimes popped into my head..

kinda far stretch but it seem that it was written to refer to everyone in that scene by their last name as an excuse for her to just say the name "Morgan" haha

I was expecting Lewis to have a bigger role this season and really turn into a sick twisted fucker...kind of a let down that all he came up with was "oh i'll sink Dexters boat" and then a quick bullet to the head and he's gone...

It seems like she's getting closer to doing things his way, I thought after she found out that Speltzer was released she was going to tell Dexter to do his thing

I think this "Deb wants Dexter" angle is kind of interesting. I think there is no way they will explore it much more, even though Dexter is on the fringe of what most people watch, I think it's unlikely the general American audience is ready to watch an incestuous relationship develop, even if they arent related by blood...
