Hi guys need your help on this lousy camera my parents have been using. So the camera has been acting up since we bought it. Yes they could've used the warranty but they didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping it and waiting
It would always freeze when taking pictures but pulling the battery would fix that. So today the camera froze while my mom was using it and she did the battery pull and it wouldn't turn on and when you press the on/off button it would make a weird buzzing sound but still have a black screen and the lens is still extended.
Anyone know what the problem is or have had experieced that type of thing? Thanks in advance!
PS Don't ever buy Samsung cameras.
