Flash Auto Detailing

Hi guys,

So i daily drive a Chrysler 200, and last weekend i had some coffee in a cup that i forgot in the car. It was a decent weekend and it got hot at some points, so obviously the coffee started to be all moldy and what not. At some point i knocked it over and all over my carpet behind the drivers seat. I have no idea when this happened so it was left there for a few days. Anyways I went to get into the car on Sunday morning to grab some insurance for my skyline and as soon as i opened the door, i got a whiff of the raunchiest smell in the freaken universe. I basically had to hold my breath and breath out the window the whole time while driving to the insurance place. I went to the VCC meet in Richmond and I met a really cool guy named Jonathan who owns Flash Auto Detailing in Richmond. He gave me a quote on the spot and i scheduled an appointment to go see him the next day (monday). I arrived around 9am, and he started to get to work; he was very thorough and took pride in the work that he did. I left after a brief smell of the interior and was pleased. Unfortunately while the car sat at the office the smell came back once again, so i called him and he said for me to bring it by again. Around 330pm I went back and he confirmed that I wasnt just going nuts and that he could smell it too. He cleaned the carpets 3 MORE TIMES, and we did a super good inspection with our noses. There was a spot right in the middle and he basically went over that spot with a few industrial strength deodorizers and steam cleaned the hell out of it; on top of that, he did the rear seats as well.
There has been no smell since.

I go through the threads every now and then and I always find people in need of a decent detailing shop. LOOK NO FURTHER. TRUST ME.

Flash Auto Detailing is a family owned business and Jonathan takes massive pride in what he does. The whole time he kept apologizing that I had to come back to the shop for the smell to come out. The guy is the nicest person in the world and he will not rest until YOU are happy. I promise you that you will not be disappointed in his work. I plan to take all my vehicles there whenever they are in need of detailing. When I originally got there at 330pm, he was working on a dealership car, i expected to wait like every other business; but he came right over and profusely apologized (which he didnt have to because i was already shocked that he could fit me in right away) and started to clean the carpets again. He is an honest hard working guy, and he puts his customers FIRST!!

Jonathan I know you are on here somewhere and just wanted to say, thanks again for everything you did. I sincerely appreciate an honest job and that level of attention to detail to make sure that the smell was completely gone.

Sorry about the long post; Give him a try guys.

Thanks,
