Damn shame that happened to your car but this is a great advert for ASR, now I'm thinking about getting one of those

Definitely get the cops and ICBC reports in there and nail this guy ...

Not really racist! 08-29-2012 12:31 PM

those pics are before the wash or after?

before right?

spyker 08-29-2012 12:33 PM

The one thing that bothers me the most is,Kits beach has garbage bins all over the place,so instead of just walking over to one and putting the shit there, this fat fuck slob chose to dump it onto someones property with no remorse whatsoever.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what ICBC and the cops have to say about this.

even though it came off after the wash tell icbc it ate through the wax or destroyed the integrity of the wax job. At least get a free detail because of this shit, then the scumbag will pay criminally + the detail.

KO7 08-29-2012 01:38 PM

Just went out on my break to check the car under sunlight. There's blotches of clearcoat damage on the left side of the hood that isn't found on the right side.

Shit gonna get real now.

kwy 08-29-2012 01:42 PM

Keep us updated on what happens. Wanna see that greasy cunt pay.

wow that guy is a huge a**hole :rukidding:
hope you find the guy and get what he deserves (legally) lol :)

Harvey Specter 08-29-2012 02:04 PM

Wow, the pictures look bad. Like already mentioned in this thread you really need to call ICBC and let them deal with it if you see damages. I assume they'll ask you to make a police report because I think it'll fall under a hit and run.

Pull out his valve stems and place them on his windsheild

Keep us posted. I’m really interested in what both ICBC and the Cops say.

I have a feeling they will play it off, especially the police. As for ICBC, don’t let them off the hook. You have the plate number, and video of the guy damaging your car. You pay insurance for a reason. Demand that something be done about the damage to your paint and clear coat. Your car has been vandalized, you pay insurance, and (I assume anyway) have coverage against vandalism. That’s your agreement with ICBC, make them live up to it.

Too many people let too many things slide, which is why assholes like this think they can get away with this kind of shit, and usually do.

Simple rule of life, if it’s not yours, don’t touch it. Why don’t people understand that?

asr 08-29-2012 02:26 PM

KO7, I sent this video to CBC television. I hope they can help you to work this out.

KO7 08-29-2012 02:31 PM

Thanks asr, I doubt CBC would take an interest in this at this moment though. Going to wait and see what ICBC and the police say. Will file with them both when I'm off work.

Benz_05TSX 08-29-2012 03:38 PM

Honestly, I won't know what ICBC will do for you. At most a detailing job? Unless that stuff is corrosive and is eating through your paint. Then it will be consider vandalism.

asr 08-29-2012 03:43 PM

^I don't know what liquid is that. But it looks like coffee.
Coffee is 100% corrosive and acid. I just googled.
KO7, please take a picture after you wash your car.

^That's what I was wondering too. Why does she want to talk to you about DPS?

KO7 08-29-2012 04:47 PM

Filed a police report on the phone and got a police file number, which I used for the ICBC vandalism report. Awaiting ICBC claim number and further instructions from the police now. Made two CD copies of the vids and pictures also.

godwin 08-29-2012 04:59 PM

Honestly please define corrosive.. I feel it is an attempt for you to get more exposure for your product. Any basic / acidic fluid would be corrosive depending on the material that the liquid contact with.

The OP has evidence, now he needs to prove that there is permanent damage to his car. Get an appointment to the inspection center ASAP.

I'm not able to capture the clearcoat damage on camera, but it's obvious to my coworker and I that the damage has definitely been done. I'll need to have the adjuster confirm the damage in person. Even IF it's very minimal damage, why should I have to live with that? It wasn't there before that ahole vandalized my car, so it should be fixed at his expense.

zx7rrrr 08-29-2012 05:26 PM

A bunch of seagulls took a shit on my car.my clearcoat is ruined.im gonna file a police report and contact nbc.lol.first world problems.
