He looked great yesterday.

He's leagues better than Dillon Gabriel, that guy can't through a ball further than 20 yards, it's shocking he was even drafted as high as he was in the first place.

It almost would seem like he was being pushed to start for other reasons...

I wonder if it's because Stefanski and him share the same agent...

Yah, yesterday, I think he played well enough to win honestly. Some questionable coaching decisions like going for 2 with a wildcat formation and taking Shedeur out while he was having a lights out game ??!! 180 degree difference than previous starts.

^Taking him off the field for the 2-point really starts to feed the conspiracy theories.

Whether you believe the sabotaging rumors, at the very least they did it to lose the damn game.

They've been playing Wildcat at the goal line all season, there's no conspiracy. Shedeur may have been better yesterday, but he's not so good that it's egregious that you "take it out of his hands". It's not like he's Mahomes lining up at WR, snapping to Kareem Hunt.

That was one fine MNF game ... really good ball, could have gone either way. But yes, delighted that Chargers won if that means KC will soon get an e by their standings (eliminated).

Basically the Chiefs need to win out, and hope the Texans lose out. So they're not eliminated yet, but it's not looking good.

This is really long, but concerning. Sounds a lot like Andrew Luck before he retired during preseason

Start at 4:40 for the really depressing stuff, and it's not just football related

Some are saying it's the beginning of 'force a trade' talk. I can see that too, rather than being retire early talk.

Thing is, they're kind of in this situation because he basically forced them to sign two top wide receivers.

Bengals BUNGLED and got shut out, Joe's first since 2018

Bills, Jags, Texans all win so the Chiefs are OUT. (almost?)

Mahomes went down, hyper extending his left knee. I bet it has been torn for a while. Hate to see that

BUT FUCK THE CHIEFS

Edit: Chiefs offense looks a lot better with Minshew

Edit: or not

Bye bye Chiefs! -eliminated from any chance of making the playoffs for the first time since 2014.

Mahomes suffers a torn ACL.

Some interesting games today:

1. NE Pats vs. Buffalo Bills ... Pasta, you let me down. I was getting giddy and trash talking my Bills fan friend only to have it backfire on me. You had them, gotta lock those down.

2. BAL vs. CIN - oh my, goose egg for Bengals. Burrows gonna ask for a trade or something.

3. Chargers vs. Chiefs - While very happy to see the e beside KC in the standings, you never want to see an athlete seriously injured himself. Will take a year to come back from and will Mahome be the same? This is BIG. 87, please retire, get married, and make little Swifties.

4. GB vs. DEN was a good hard fought game, that was hard hitting football! Again, Micah Parson injured, looks serious, wish him the best. You want good players to be on the field, not IR list. Broncos now on top of the NFL standings. Impressive job Payton, not all washed up coaches can get a 2nd run with another team, you seem to be doing well.

5. SEA vs. IND - watched a bit of this and was like WTF? Indy is in this with 44 yo Rivers! Seattle pulls one out of their arse with 6 FG to win. But Rivers played well enough to win which is a pleasant surprise

6. MIN vs. DAL - good SNF game and you know who I'm cheering for. Go JJ McCarthy. Minny can play spoiler to Cowboys. I think if they lose today, Cowboys are pretty well out, I don't know if officially but probably.

7. PIT vs. MIA - 2 mediocre teams going at it. No TJ Watt, get well soon and hope you can come back this season with that lung thing. I think it's going to be boring to watch but let's see if PIT wants the AFC North or whether we'll hear 'Fire Tomlin' chants.

JJ is doing well in his audition for the Bengals job next season

BTW don't sleep on the Dolphins, they are playing well and their ground game is fun as hell to watch. Really creative, and defense has to stay on their toes. McDaniel has basically done as much as he can to eliminate Tua from their offense, and use him for his (admittedly cool) tricky handoffs and fakes, screen passes, and the occasional downfield throw set up by aforementioned tricky ground game looks from weird formations.

The Pats’ 10 game winning streak would have ended one day. They blew a 21 point lead.

Oh well. My Pats play your Ravens next week as a road game.

Your Pats play Skinny's Ravens (not mine ) next week ... should be a good one.

$60M QB is probably out of playoffs ... and so is Pickens.

Nix looks absolutely unflappable at QB for my Broncos... even the play Parsons got hurt on he ducked to the side and sidearmed it around Parsons which made Parsons change directions and blow his knee out... to be able to find a guy with that dude bearing down on you at his age wow!
