Are a lot of you guys going to buy this? I know a ton of people not buying it this year because they're tired of FPS now.

its just the same old shit graphics never really changed guns were pretty much the same idk just didnt do it for me, i got bored of the last very quick

I'm buying it and although I agree it's basically the same ol same ol. With that said, still a game I love to play and it's one of those games where I can just drop in and play for 10-15mins and stop.

This futuristic stuff is weird but I'll probably get it anyways

probably hold out. not really liking how they come out with a new game every year with not a lot of improvement.

Passing on this. Maybe Halo 4, maybe the Battlefield 3 new maps. Don't like how it's just Call of Duty 2142.

friend buys it, i borrow it when hes bored of it, if i like it, ill go buy it.

thats how i get all my games haha

tell that to the guys that buy NHL, FIFA, PES, Madden, NBA 2K, MLB games each year.

Not going to get this game but i liked this trailer

tired of the same old Run & Gun....Rinse and Repeat act....And this is coming from somebody who played call of duty 4 since day 1 all the way till mw 3.

overall, i enjoyed the game very much and still play it from time to time. that being said, i've got this on pre-order - steel case and nuketown 2025 :nyan:. i know it'll probably be buggy at release, but i don't mind. the midnight noob madness is :ilied:

The lag and respawn is horrible in mw3..hopefully blackops 2 is alot better.

the respawn and especially the lag was worse in blackops 1 IMO.

really? alot of ppl in the gaming scene complained that mw3 is worse..im always either spawn killing or getting killed in mw3. and the hosting is crap..i remember in the older games the player with the best connection would be the host. in mw3 they changed that so everyone could get a chance to be host

oh ya i forgot about that. the first couple months were brutal for lag in MW3 due to the compensation system or whatever it was, but it has since worked out pretty nicely.

i have been black ops lately and find that the lag is still just as bad as before. what you see is not whats actually happening when watching replays. i know its not my connection because i usually have full bars and its fine playing MW2/MW3.

the lag in black ops has improved for me. when games are searching, I back out if I don't find any games <100ms. with black ops, it's also better with the local search feature
mw2 and 3 don't have this feature, so I find I'm always running on 3 bars. also I'll agree about the spawn system, the maps are too small so I'm always getting shot from behind as players rush into my spawn. mw3's too fast paced compared to its previous games. looking forward to blops 2.!

if it has good multiplayer, them im down..

I find that FPS are best played online with other players... offline, single player can get boring..

can't wait for this game... pre ordered the care package edition..
