"The Clean Machine" washing methods, true?

So there's a groupon for a carwash in coquitlam...

It's automated, and not touchless.

On their website there is this...Clean Machine

Is any of this true?? Or are they bsing lol

I never let machines wash my cars because i do a better job than it.

What worries me about automates is that it could leave scratches on my car..

I wash my car every friday and it feels good.

As someone uneducated, I'm on the fence.

Polish will get rid of it.

It could leave swirls , the darker the car more noticeable it will be .

They did that test on some television show, 60 minutes or something, as well. Problem was, the hand carwashing was done by a bunch of guys at a local $15 hand wash place. Not by a high end detail shop or a guy who knows how to wash his car properly.

Now imagine the carwash tears the antenna off the car in front of you and its stuck in the swirl-o-matic. Now you enter the carwash......
