What's wrong with the ones at Dollar Stores?

If any difference, Canadian Tire carry helium too. Not sure about the one in Richmond though...

What kind? normal round ones or fancy ones like "happy birthday" and super heroes etc,

fancy ones they have at save on foods and the ones over $10 you can get free refills of helium whenever, I have a batman that's been floating in my garage since April (not refilled yet) cost $12

I know for sure the dollar store beside Sears at Richmond Center has them.

Got a whole bunch for under 10 bucks

For a big event? Hit up Party Bazaar, although they will like not be the cheapest option.

Celebration party rentals in coquitlam.

Cheapest place for helium tank rentals...but they also carry all sorts of balloons.

just go to a dollar store and buy the party balloon kit, comes with a small helium tank and some balloons, its pretty cheap, like 30-40$ and the small helium tank will fill like a 100 balloons!

Dollar Giant on 49th and Fraser has them.

I've gone there multiple times. Though, for 22, you'll have to pre-order. 24hours notice.
They are high quality in my opinion. They will definitely last the whole night without question.

use to buy "balloon time kit" at costco but they'd stop selling it. one tank fills up about 50 balloons. you can still get that kit at wal mart or toys r us. they run about 20 bucks and those ones fill about 30 balloons or so. just pick up a pack of pink balloons from the dollar store and you should be good to go.

i was looking for ballons a few months back as well and so far i found these two the decent ones in terms of pricing.
the dollar store next to well tea on hazelbridge and alexerander (the cheaper one)
dollar max on #3 across from tim hortons in richmond center
but do keep in mind even after u purchased the ballons, helium is gonna be another buck or more per ballon you inflate.

i've done this twice this year for my niece and nephew, i just went to the dollar store to pick them up. the quality and selection seemed more than adequate, and i went to a different dollar store each time (whatever was convenient to me)
