Ya I'm honestly surprised what 118 gets.. I was talking to some of the Westcor guys at Burrard Thermal and their pension alone is double what we get.. Worst part is we are doing the same job, but they have a union that fights for their members I guess.
Hell I asked (as a member in good standing) to get into some boom/scissor lift courses that were being held at our training facility and got a flat out no because I wasnt a painter or a drywaller.... Bloody joke.
Oh well enough ranting I guess lol.
