Lai Yuw Lobster (Chinese style Lobster with cream sauce) Hey guys, hoping for a bit of help here. I'm making this tomorrow but I'm still not quite sure how to approach it and all the ingredients I'll need. I remember my aunt making this ages ago, so I've got some idea on where to start. But I am hoping to get a bit more info and it seems my google-fu is weak. Any help or suggestions guys? thanks! |
