Let me get this straight, foreigners come over here, they break the law. Now we want stiffer penalties for everyone. Does that even make sense? Its like some idiot coming into my workplace and hurting himself cause hes a retard. Now everyone here has to do things differently cause of the idiot.

Anyways 130km/h on a major hwy, is that even fast? Whats weaving in and out of traffic? Making 2 lanes changes in a row? Dont get me started on street racing.... The media would try to make a single car thats speeding into a street racing incident.

except for the fact that it was 4pm and they were also seen to impede traffic for the purposes of allowing 2 others to "race" and even seen speeding along the shoulder

Also, traffic flow in general is a lot faster along the 400-series highway. 120kph is the norm (even though the posted limit is 100kph), and people blow past others on the left at 140kph with a regular enough occurrence.

I am living in GTA now, and the only time the 4s get 120 is either before 7am, or after 8pm:okay:
