I been doing this for a few years now, totally forgot where I read it but I was heavy into discovery and national geographic mags and shows back then, probably from one of them...
but I either just mimic a squat best I can when by leaning and hunching over when on the toilet bowl, or I put one leg up on my garbage bin.... either way my digestive game is fckin clockwork....
Human body will respond well if you treat it right.... I used to feel tired and get sick all the time, but combined with a few minor changes I've done over the last few years, like proper sleep, washing hands almost obsessively and this squatting thing on the toilet, and a few others, I gotta say I'm feeling a lot better and it shows too, I have now not been sick in 3 fucking years believe it or not, only allergies that's it!
