Dogs are such unbelievable, resilient, loving animals. Its crazy.
People that save animals from near death have an astounding amount of respect from me. I dont care if your osama bin laden or hitler if your saving animals you have my respect. Definitely nice to see your recovered and healthy dog and look forward to meeting you and your pup at the spring meet!

That guy isn't mine, notice the different coloured face. His name is patrick, a fairly famous pitbull. My little guy was malnourished, but by no means near as bad as him. Regardless, if you can go to the pound, there are dogs there that need it so badly. So many people say they don't have time for a dog, but they don't need as much time as you may think. They just need love, and exercise, and its easy to give it to them. I hate leaving Monty at home for 8 hours sometimes when I have to, but he just lies on the couch and sleeps, and it just means I need to have a little more energy than usual to party with him until he is tired. Its so easy to make some time come from somewhere once you have something like a dog to look forward to every day. Sorry if it looked like I was passing it off as I was the absolute king among men that saved such a far gone dog. I thought it was kind of obvious they were different, but I also pay a lot of attention to these dogs. I edited it for clarity so it wouldn't look like I did something I didn't.
