Maxima: Where to get my clutch changed?

Hey guys,

I noticed my maxima's clutch is dying. Last week, It first started to slip where it did not fully engage in gear as I would be adding gas to the pedal and would lose power and speed.

A couple days ago, I felt no clutch point, as I was simply clutched into first, and when I let to go the clutch, the car did not stall? I would add gas and did not even move. After hitting approx 4-5rpm I gave up as soon as I smelt a burning smell fill my interior. I turned off the car immediately and called a tow truck. (Thank gosh I was only 2mins away and that I was a BCAA member!)

I honestly don't want to go to Licenced shops as I'll get charged shop labour rate ($100/hr is killer). I talked to Pete a couple days ago and he says he's busy as he's currently balancing a couple projects on hand, so if anybody knows anyone who can do it for a fair coin, let me know!

Just holla at when you can! 778-388-3135. Again, I appreciate your help!

Nick
