Beer Float? My cousin wants to go for beer floats and I have no idea where to start looking for restaurants that do this. Tried google. Nothing useful. Its apparently a seasonal product? Red Robins has beer shakes, but apparently some other restaurants/pubs do beer floats. Any ideas where I can find these? Thanks!! |
I had one at white spot, guinness and ice cream tasted awesome. Can't remember what it was called on the menu though. |
When I worked at the Hogshack in Steveston we would make them sometimes. Home made beer icecream + beer |
beer shake at red robins is pretty damn good. vanilla + rickards cardigan = spiced latte of beers??? |
why not just make it at home? my friend tried it out once and it turned out alright. I mean, unless you just want one at a restaurant specifically, I would say making it at home would be just as good of an option. |
Is there anything more than a beer in a glass with a scoop of ice cream (vanilla?) involved in this? I remember having a root beer float as a kid, never heard or thought of a beer float. |
GI Winter Ale would be good with ice cream :considered: |
How about GI pumpkin ale with Breyers French vanilla ice cream for a beer float? |
Can't wait for GI Winter Ale! When does it usually come back? Posted via RS Mobile |
I got it at the gov't liquor store earlier this week. |
Come down to Ebisu and I'll make it for you ;) |
