as a seller and owner i have every right to do whatever the hell i want with my listing and property. its my house... you butthurt cuz your clients couldn't see it? fuck you and your clients. but reality is, realtors are the scum of the earth. we read about it every week..how a realtor fucked around with listings with offers with whatever to make themselves look like some kind of hero. the BS as i pointed above is only crafted from a realtor..NOT the owner. realtors are a dime a dozen - most are idiotic high school dropouts looking to cash in on this hot market. sounds like you. you think i give a goddamn shit what you think? what fuckin business is it of yours if my wife had an emotional attachment to the house? fuck off. better yet, come by and we'll have a chat face to face... |

During my search my realtor would also talk to the seller's realtor and usually they were pretty up front about it. "My seller didn't get an offer at their desired number, so we've relisted at a lower price to generate attention." "List price" is pretty useless these days. |

Servicing was $$$$ and a major PITA. At the time, there wasn't very many mechanical servicing company that have the capability to service them. Costs of service was expensive. Parts avaibility was abysmal -- I think we waited 3 months for a replacment heat pump because the damn thing was on national back order. It was also actually the 2nd time (and 2nd heat pump) that has failed in a newly built apartment. I cannot say the system at my complex was reliable either. Whether that was just the case for our building, or whether it was a common sight for these geothermal systems -- I dunno. I just know that if push comes to shove, I'd rather have a baseboard system instead of geothermal. |

1. We delisted due to lack of inventory and her connection to home. My house my fuxkin rules. If a realtor can't handle it..they can quit their low IQ job and do something else. 2. Scumbag greasy realtor looking to fuxk people over by lowering the list price and playing games. Even my realtor made a comment along those lines. They all know the tricks and they do it in this market. I wasn't complaining as I'm not interested in that listing. I'm pointing out that the greasy shitbag of a realtor is up to no good. Fck bonko and his self righteous realtor bullshit. They're all the same. Realtors are never in it for anyone of us...just themselves. They'd make good politicians |

Like you said, as the owner you can do whatever you want. What if the owner told his realtor to lower the price and play games? |

i met the owner, she's clueless. my realtor even said something fishy going on over there and to walk away. |

Lol this is the revscene I loved and missed. |
acura604, take a breather for your own mental wellbeing dude... you getting toxic calling realtors a low iq job and scum of the earth. I bet you wouldn't say that to your realtor's face when you need their help. Inviting strangers to your house to settle some online bs? cmon looool I honestly don't know why you're so mad at what this agent is doing though. Why can't he re-list the house at a lower listing price to garner new interests if he or his client is not satisfied with any of the offers they received so far? |
|
lol reminds me of the guy who decided to take his ball and leave after being made fun of getting whipped by his old lady. |
Isn’t the point of a realtor to get its client the best deal for the property they want, or the property they are selling? Business is business. Some play it dirty. In business that’s usually the successful one. If I was selling? Id want the most god damn money I could get. From a realtors perspective, that extra 20k doesn’t equate a whole lot in commission. Selling for cheaper guarantees the sale. So why the fuck do you think they are doing it for their scumbags selves? They are doing it for their clients. That’s an garner extra business in the future. |
Cant imagine being Acura604's realtor. Must be a tough gig having your client despise you and your profession. Bought and sold few times now. I must have been a walk in the park in comparison. End of day they're still humans, no point being an asshole. |
I just think it’s funny now. I forgot about that. It’s just the typical “everyone who does this is an asshole, except me” mentality. |
alright enough fuckin' whining here... back to thread basics. RBC offering me: variable 1.4% fixed 2.4% before negotiations - and are willing to rate match if i find better. whats everyone getting? |

Fucking hate Scotia, terrible service and the dumb bitch we were dealing with thankfully was sick when we came in to sign so we got the manager who was night and day in terms of answering our questions and getting us more $$$ |
Fixed seems high I have a pending approval for 1.29% variable with Scotiabank |
They will probably rate match but it also depends on how much you are borrowing, you might get laughed at if you're only borrowing like 100k given how busy the market right now:pokerface::lawl: |
