I'm not bothered by the rain one bit, fall is too charming a season to allow a few showers to dampen spirits! I'm going to put on a coat, stop for a hot drink, and enjoy this beautiful city just as I did all summer long.

This thread is :fullofwin: - love all the GIFs :D

Weather like this is fantastic for kicking back in your PJs with a big mug of Bailey's hot chocolate and watching the wind and the rain out the window and feeling extra cozy and warm curled up with two or three puppies snoozing on your lap... aaaaaahhhhhh.

I worked at the road hockey to conquer cancer yesterday 11-5 and by 1130 my feet were soaked...
Although I got to shoot the shit with darcy rota and Rick klassen so I'm not gonna complain too much

Kinda regretting getting a FWD turbo now cause the rain and cold is wreaking havoc with my traction. Thinking maybe I need to swap tires earlier than expected if it doesn't warm up a little.

Otherwise I'm actually enjoying it.

LiquidTurbo 10-14-2012 10:13 PM

I've come to realize, the same people that bitch about vancouver being 'too hot' during the summers are the same ones that bitch about 'too much rain', or 'too cold'.

lol.

Yep, I ain't gonna complain based on the solid weather we had the entire summer and even up to just this past week. For the most part, perfect sunny weather in the mid 20's... perfect for outdoor activities. We're way overdue for rain.

dbaz 10-15-2012 11:12 AM

fuck im jelly, not much rain here. i miss it.srs.

To all the dbags on FB who are being all smug pointing out people complaining about rain on Vancouver:

Fuck you and shut up. It's Vancouver. People here like to complain. It also rains. So they are going to talk when it starts raining. Deal with it. Pointing it out just makes you sound like a smarmy a-hole.

In fact, I've had more posts on my news feed ABOUT people talking about rain, than actual people talking about rain.

AWD in the summer: :fullofwin:
