Honestly come april it starts to affect me pretty bad. Once the snowboard season winds down, and its still raining I get super bored. A week in cali for coachella cures what ales me though. Then its time to play with the car, get the wheels on, coils down, etc. So it really only gets me for as couple weeks.
Don't mind the rain one bit either.
Autumn is such a gorgeous season not short of amazing photo ops during sunrise/sunset.
Also best time of the year to bring out the boots, scarf, toque and anything fluffy....=3
Since I've been rocking the gym so hard lately, if any of you dickheads get pretty depressed and can't find the motivation to hit the gym, I'm inviting any of you to meet me at Steve Nash and try to keep up with me.
Nothing is more motivating than watching my long hair swing around, doing my best Ultimate Warrior impersonation while pumping iron

No idea why, but this song suddenly popped to mind when I read that...
jogging, going for a walk w/ hot drink, and other fun activities in the rain = enjoyable.
jogging in the rain might refreshing the first 5 minutes...then your socks get soggy

lol.
yeah grind my gears when people can't make up their minds...
the way I see it...if you don't work outside...don't bitch.
also annoys me those that lived here their whole lives complain about the rain...like fuck, is this suddenly new to you?
Yes, when the rain season comes it is quite depressing but I would prefer this than going through hot and humid summer in Asia any time. At least we get fresh air here.

I was making fun of a co-worker all day about having to take the bus home and get soaked after work. I let him walk to the bus stop then I stopped and gave him a ride home. The look on his face when I was laughing my ass off about how I bugged him all day about it.
My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

Weather definitely gets me down too. Wish I had the funds to plan a sunny vacation around this time every year but not possible.
I often work outside it it too, doesn't help.
But the comment about keeping friends close and hitting the gym is great advice.

I'll take 4 months of hot humid weather and 8 months of cool, dry weather over 9 months of cold dark dreary wet weather and 3 months of okay weather.
cold dark dreary wet weather? jesus christ, what happened to you while you lived here?
Look out the window. Describe it.
Is it not cold?
Is it not dark?
Is it not wet?
All those things add up to dreary
And the whole post I was replying to was about the dreariness of the weather in Vancouver. Fuck this whole fucking thread is about that. What are you even doing in here?
Don't you live in HK? isn't it kind of rainy there? lol
Really rainy for about 1/4 the year. Like I said I'll take that over being rainy (and cold and dark) for 3/4 the year.
To each their own and all, but I find it funny that people complain about those who complain about the weather and do nothing about it. Then someone does do something about it, and people complain about that
I guess the lesson is, vancouver people complain about everything. I wonder what causes that?
