Have to sell my condo in Surrey; need some cleaning/painting done. Recommendations?

As per topic.

I moved to Winnipeg, and frankly I'm liking it here, so I'm just going to eat a nice little loss on my condo and sell it. Don't want to rent it, and can't really because of BS strata limitations on rentals.

I need someone that can do paint and trim, and an electrician to check all the baseboard heaters and make sure everything is OK. Then have someone in to clean it top to bottom. Also clean a parking stall, as my car had an oil leak, because BMW.

The market, as everyone knows, is shit right now, so I just want to make it look pretty to undercut the competition and move it quickly.

So, if anyone does this/knows someone that does, PM me. Kind of want to get it done sooner rather than later.

Thanks!

LOL...I actually totally would(well, I outsource cleaning as cleaning up after others is so NOT what I do) but I'm tied up in reno-ing a shitty apartment to be spectacular right now.

I'm available Nov 2 though...
