sounds light some kinda pulley issue, does it change with the RPMs of the engine?

nope doesn't change whether if the rpm is high or low, I'll try uploading through clip again

does the noise stop while revving? or is still constant no matter of RPM

it stops when Im driving, i can hear it when I'm driving rely rely rely slow with my foot off the gas pedal and when I'm on park. when I shift it to drive it disappears this is when the car is in idle.
