Weekday: A lot of food at night, TV and video game at the same time
Friday night: Beer, friends, food. Then TV and sex at the same time

HonestTea 10-21-2012 05:45 PM

Ice Cold Coke from the can.

mr_chin 10-21-2012 05:52 PM

None really, because my job is not stressful.

Otherwise, to release stress, I treat myself to a nice meal and I'll be satisfied.

fliptuner 10-21-2012 05:54 PM

Yep, due to the physical nature of my job, if I have a long, hard day, I treat myself to a nice meal, go home and take a hot shower and watch tv til I ptfo

Smoke a cigarette and drink beer at the park while my dog runs around.

westopher 10-21-2012 06:52 PM

Good restaurant, followed by a long walk with my dog. Sometimes with the girl, sometimes without depending on if I want the walk to be quiet, or if I want to vent.

TRDood 10-21-2012 06:56 PM

I take the scenic route home and drive slow.

And usually read a chapter or two from self development books.

Yoga. Great for the soul, body and mind.

Razor Ramon HG 10-21-2012 11:28 PM

Whenever I get stressed, usually just have a smoke.

When I get mad, I just eat like a dinosaur, hahaha.

Harvey Specter 10-21-2012 11:38 PM

I run everyday, that's how I relive work and personal life stress.

!oHenry 10-21-2012 11:53 PM

I ride. As soon as I start moving, all my problems, concerns and everything else get put on hold and it feels like freedom.
