What do you do after a stressful day at work?

we all had a stressful work day before.

if you gone through a long work day with unreasonable customers and uncooperative co-workers (and OT too :rukidding:), i am wondering what do you all do to relax after a long day of work.

:concentrate:

Gym to blow off steam.
Go out to my favourite restaurant for dinner and a drink.

Usually works for me. Last thing I want to do after a stressful day at work is clean up, cook, wash dishes, etc.

- go to the gym

or

- sit on my couch, crack a beer, watch a few episodes of cops or bait car

or

- call the gf, go to a pub with her and vent it out

or

- hold it all in till the weekend, call my buddy, and go into the mountains with some rifles/shotguns and spend a few hours shooting shit

NSFW threads on RS.

Seriously though, a nice hot shower, blasting music, and a nice dinner.
A massage helps too.

Go for a drive down some twisty road help too.

think about how some people have no money, no families, no breaks in life and no happiness. reminds you quick how irrelevant your job/stress is in the grand scheme of things

gym + trance.

I don't go on drives anymore because I tend to want to drive faster and that gets me in trouble.

All I have time for is gaming or gym, but constant injury is derailing the latter.
