I'm 30, no gf. I'm just too busy with work and I honestly can't stand most of the women in Vancouver. Shitty attitudes and personalities, way too stuck up who think they're models but have nothing going for them as far as work and education.

That is the case if you live and work in the bubble that is downtown Vancouver/Kits. Ethnic women tend to be the most spoiled because they live at home well into their 20s, but you have loads of women coming from the interior who come to the "big city", work at Cactus/Earls/Joey in the hope of finding someone in wealth management or commodities trading and then live the lifestyles like the real housewives of Vancouver. Wearing a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag (like every woman in this city) doesn't make a woman classy, if you know what I mean.

On the other hand, I find that men who complain about women in this city want a down-to-earth supermodel type (which is impossible to find). Unless you're a triple six-er (6 figures, 6 pack, and 6 feet+) yourself, you have to compromise.

Can't agree with you more. I'm Punjabi and I can tell you that even owning your own place, driving a nice car and having decent money isn't enough for some Punjabi girls. I kid you not, I have yet to meet a very educated, independent Punjabi woman in this city. Most live at home, half don't even own a car and work your typical jobs but basically want to marry a Punjabi Brad Pitt.

To be fair, many young and smart people (women and men) leave Vancouver because of the lack of opportunities here (unless of course your aspiration is to work for a company that sells shoeboxes in the sky). I've met a few bright and attractive brown women, but they are few and far between.

people in vancouver aren't promiscuous enough.

in the past 5 years, i've learnt and realised, that... trying to become a millionaire as fast as you can, and having a girlfriend, don't mix very well.

they're a huge time drain, money drain, energy drain. I cant spare any of those right now.


if you're already established and you can't find a gf and you want one... you should start by looking in the mirror. if that checks out. then you should start looking at your surroundings, if that checks out, then... well its the city. go find a gf somewhere else.

you'd be stupid to think in a city of a sub few million, you can find the woman of your dreams when there's billions of other people out there in the world.

why settle for the bottom of the barrel. go to another barrel. travel. there are plenty of women that are willing to move wherever their husbands live.

BE A HUNTER, GO OUT AND HUNT. if there's nothing where you hunt, you go somewhere else. or sit there and starve.
