How old is the cell phone and how many minutes of use do you have on it?

i realized it now, but i don't think mod are managing it properly when they are people posting non used cellular phone purposes like free plans take over etc...
plans are not used cellular phone as the category title stated

Plans are fine, used cellphone section has rules read them before posting then you have this problem.
