My father had this in his vehicle but has recently switched to a bluetooth in ear headset.

Just reading up on this unit myself I have found out that you can connect your cell phone or ipod to the device. It has a built in FM transmitter allowing you to listen to music off of your device through your factory speakers or make and take a phone call connecting to your fm stations.

Quite an amazing device, and I have no problem keeping it for myself if no one is interested.
