Most of the time they come over in produce boxes. I use to work at safeway and we would get the craziest bugs. Weird florescent moths with transparent wings, banana beetles, crazy weird spiders, fuzzy flies, etc.

We would try and keep them all in cup in the back....it was like a mini-zoo :D

i have heard of huge spiders coming in crates of bananas, do you guys get danger pay in case something venomous comes in?

seriously though, fuck that, most insects from exotic places are deigned to kill you in the most debilitation way possible :pokerface:

Living out in the subtropical boonies, I come across all sorts of whacky bugs. Just a while ago my cat was fighting with one of these, I was able to rescue him

I've also thrown out moths the size of hummingbirds, no pics of them yet unfortunately. I've also seen a stick bug - you know the kind that literally looks like a stick.. that was pretty awesome, I've always wanted to see bugs like that and the praying mantis
