my car is ALWAYS clean, inside and out, ive opened everything up and cant find the source.

if they are coming from inside my hatch or something is there a way to easily kill them if i dont know specifically where they are coming from? :okay: fml

FML, please read my post, im not curious how they get in, cars are not sealed, i get that, does anyone know how to kill them, like indoor fog spray or anything?

sonick 11-05-2012 11:52 AM

Only one solution to this...

Wipe em up with paper towel..

Odds are they had a little nest inside one of the door/body panels that opens into the cab, the other day I spotted a nest at the very top of the rear door of my extended cab tucked right up under the fold of the metal door, luckilly wiped them out before they hatched

we have an ozonator at my dealership, i know people say that it can kill bed bugs and bacteria, wondering if it could kill small spiders aswell, i rather not have an infestation... :okay:

im going to be inspecting throughout my car later and doing an interior shampoo also...

melloman 11-05-2012 12:19 PM

i have seen 1 small one inside, but they were all over the exterior on more then 1 occasion, mostly the roof, i park near nothing, no plans, trees, grass.. so i assume they come from inside (probably hatch area) but have yet to see anything with inspection... i obviously dont want this to get worse :concentrate:

ps.. wanna buy the car back :troll:

spideyv2 11-05-2012 12:33 PM

A couple days ago, I walked into a spider web before I got into my car. I thought nothing of it. As I start the car, I felt something crawling up my leg. It was a spider the size of a loonie.

Bricks were shat.

Release a dozen geckos that will eat the spiders into your car

Release a dozen gecko-eating snakes into your car.

Potentially catastrophic if there was a girl in the car

we bought a portable dishwasher from CL a couple years ago. i guess the previous owners kept it outside overnight because the next day after bringing it home, our kitchen had HUNDREDS of those little tiny spiders EVERYWHERE.

Gridlock killed them all with one of those small propane blow torches.

snails 11-05-2012 03:17 PM

blowtorch you say... good idea

Potentially catastrophic if I was driving with my ex as passenger. She probably would have freaked out and thrown her purse at me, out of fear..which would cause me to crash.

Spray RaidŽ all over. Bound to get them when you use chemical warfare.

rsx 11-05-2012 05:55 PM

connect a hose from your exhaust to the interior of your car, start your car in a poorly ventilatled area (ie garage). you can suicide those bastards.

98twofourty 11-05-2012 06:36 PM

I like ^ his idea. +1 for suiciding the bastards. May be faster if we come and connect our cars to hoses and run them into your car too op.
