A Video capture card to capture/stream HD content from Cable box?

◘First I want to state from the start, I have NO interest in any way of recording any cable content nor do i wish to redistribute it.

Simply put, I want to watch HD tv from my cable box(shaw) to my computer, then to the computer screen(hd projector)

Why? Because I want to multitask on the same screen. I have a decklink black magic, but it can only read my shaw box on vga cable thus 480 looks like crap on my 100" 1080p projector. I want to upgrade to HD res. With my current capture card i can stream video into media player classic, set it to borderless mode and always on top, and i have a floating cable player i can put any where on the screen to watch while playing a game or browsing the net.(This works much like old CRT tv's that could do picture in picture (PIP).)

►I am looking for suggestions as to which capture card to upgrade to that can do what i want it to do (if such a card exists?)

◘I will state one more time for the record I have absolutely NO interest in using such a card for anything that could be considered pirating. (I'm honestly too lazy to even consider it.)
