... Ellen gave the kid a tux..
And then she figured he'd be excited by that?!?!
If I was 6, and got given a tux, I'd be like... "WTF IS DAT SHIT?! WHERES THE XBOX/PS3?!"

Perfect pianist or not he's very impressive and not worthy of bashing. To display such motor function at such a young age is amazing and nearly unheard of.
My littlest of girls just discovered the piano and shes just shy of five months old. was she good nope but it was fun watching her mash the keys and her reaction to the sounds.
As a side observation it seems as tho when a little kid excels at somethin theres always the haters that say the parents push them and the kid probably doesnt enjoy it. The kid thrives off it. Why? Cus at that age all a kid wants is their parents involvement and approval its what drives them. That doesnt change until about ten and then parents like most of you remember and are comparing this to kick ya out to play or stick you in front of video games and cartoons. Involvement gone rebellion begins.

Cus at that age all a kid wants is their parents involvement and approval its what drives them. | I'm not bashing but I can already make the assumption the parents set up pretty strict practice schedules to get to where he is today (or maybe he truly is a prodigy). I just hope the parents don't push him too hard that he won't even get to enjoy the little things most young kids at that age gets to do. I agree showmanship is a huge bonus to boost a child's confidence at this age.
I don't have kids but one can relate better if they grew up in a traditional asian family.

judging by the second video i wouldn't say he's being forced at all... none of us are his family so we can't say his parents are pushing him too hard or forcing him to practice, for all you know he loves playing and loves pleasing his parents
plus, learning piano takes alot of discipline, so at the very least his parents are instilling that in him at a young age, something i think most western countries lack in their upbringing of kids

I love how he flails about while playing piano. Two shows in one. He will be an awesome charismatic performer some day.
