Impaired judgement

1 Attachment(s)
Now here is a good reason to not drink and drive.
I heard a loud bang and then I see a black Audi Q7 sliding and hitting a CRV head on. When I went to see if everyone is ok, the driver of the Q7 told me he was impaired. Apparently, he switched lanes on west Georgia and hit a Toyota Prius first and was going so fast that he slid into the CRV head on pushing it back a little. Luckily the driver of the Prius managed to swerve her car enough to the right of her lane that she did not get hit head on at full speed.
Everyone walked away from this accident, except. The driver of the Q7 got a ride in the nice shiny paddy. Wagon.

I hate the fact that I gotta tilt my head to look at the photo...

I failed because your sideways picture angers me. Other than that, screw that impaired driver. He was fortunate he didn't kill anyone. Also, why do impaired douchebags always admit they are impaired?

ICBC will void his insurance for being drunk and he will have to pay for vehicle damages out of his pocket.

bing 11-14-2012 10:17 PM

Ouch, this has got to be a $20-30,000 lesson and possibly a criminal conviction.

I'd say 10-15k damage to the vehicle and another 5-10k for the lawyer.

Oh, massive depreciation to the accused vehicle and the damage to the innocent party's vehicle.

My friend's mom finally settled with ICBC after being hit by a drunk driver. It took her just over 7 years, during which she had to pay for all the medical bills out of pocket (which was a little hard to do since her injuries prevents her from working).

dlo 11-15-2012 12:48 AM

Fuck u guys are scaring me lol, was hit by a drunk driver last year and still paying my own medical expenses and what not... Hopefully it will be over soon
