where? is it still on sale?

HonestTea 11-27-2012 09:34 PM

Memory Express.

TD had it for $169.97(now it's back up to $219) and ME has it for $229.99. ME has stock but TD's price already changed so you probably won't be able to PM :/

You can try PMing using this Amazon.ca: Buying Choices: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 6 MB Cache LGA 1155 BX80637I53570K ($175) It's a little more expensive but still a great deal if the PM works.

Anyone know of any cheap-ish photo related stocking stuffers? For photography beginners.

inv4zn 11-29-2012 08:56 AM

^Remote triggers (ebay, not genuine) - still work just as good., Monopod, portable grey card, photography related books, memory cards, picture frames, neck straps, hand straps, battery packs, eyepiece extenders, extra battery, filters for lenses, etc.

Most of these are under $50. Monopods and some camera body related items can creep up in price depending on camera model. For filters you need to know what lens they have. Etc etc. US is always cheaper, even in retail stores.

JKam 11-29-2012 09:11 AM

^neck strap. Using the crappy Nikon/Canon ones around the neck is awful.

inv4zn 11-29-2012 09:58 AM

^It depends on the strap (re: camera model.) My 7D strap wasn't uncomfortable at all.

I had a tamrac one lying around that I'm using, and it's better, but the original isn't bad.
