N00B Question: Will these wheels fit?

Hi,

Helping a friend find some winter tires/wheels for his new 2013 Kia Rio and I can't tell if the wheels being sold in this CL ad will fit his car:

Michelin X-ice Xi2 (185/65R15) + Winter Rims

I don't know enough about steel wheels to know if the centerbore matters or not but otherwise these will do the trick for him (the tires are the right size).

Would appreciate any help you can offer on this.

thanks,

Test fit. Only way to know for sure if they will fit.
