try playing around with the valet options, turning shock sensors off/on. basically press the combo of buttons listed on the back of remote. i had same thing happen to my civic last winter and i think i pressed unlock and lock together and it worked. just make sure you remember what two combos you try so you can reverse it.lol. would removing your battery maybe reset it alarm to default? good luck.
