wow, yeah i've had many bad experiences at that mall where ppl just dont give a fuck about others. Good luck with this! and I am sorry i can't be of any help.
Because of multiple break ins in my car and hit and runs, i now never park underground or even at metrotown if i don't have to, i park a block away then walk there, much safer.

not helpful, but this is why i always park away from cars... people are assholes and dont know how to drive! nor do they car about their cars!

Everytime I park at Metrotown underground I try to park right beside a concrete pillar and as far away from other cars as possible. A longer walk from the entrances doesn't hurt.
Sorry to hear about the hit and run OP, hopefully a witness comes forth

That'll be a relatively straightforward ICBC claim. Pay the deductible and go.
The paint that Hyundai puts on their cars are pretty crappy, scrapes off so easily. Its the same on my dad's Genesis.

sigh, i witnessed a hit and run today at metrotown parkade.... can't believe the driver decided to run while there were 6 people watching it unfold. Called icbc and give my testimony within the hour, glad to know the plate and vehicle description matched.
