Feels really comfortable in my opinion. There is less distance between the steering wheel and shifter. It also gets rid of that "lean" that most people do.

Hands are supposed to be on the steering wheel, and that time that we spend with our hand on the shifter we lose 50% of our steering control! Thats why rally cars and whatnot have shifters very close to the wheel

I see, I guess the original position of the knob is quite far from the driver? Never driven an EG before so I wouldn't know. Thinking of getting an EG after the Miata lol, always liked hatches!

yeah it all comes down to preference really.

I've had extenders in all of my cars and probably would never consider going back

280mm woopwoop
I keep wanting to get a woodgrain Grip Royal or Nardi but I got used to the small wheel already. Just feels too good. Just that sometimes I can't see how fast I'm going cuz it's in the way of the cluster

Is it weird when shifting since the shifter is closer to you compared to stock though?
Well... I don't know if retarded is exactly what i mean but imho, (And again with opinions, We can all have them) it looks just plain bad. If you like it though, keep it.
