Wheres a good place to get control arm bushings pressed out for cheap?

i got 2 control arms and need a total of 2 bushings pressed out.. where is a good place that can properly press them out for a good price?

a shop with wheel bearing hydraulic presser but its just the matter of who wants to do it. id say $40-50 for both.

might need more than just a press. some odd shaped arms (which are most) would need some sort of a jig and cone to hold the arm securely so the bushing would be totally vertical to push out, and especially in, without binding.
I suppose there might be some sort of universal jig to hold every arm out there. But some people here might have access to oem factory tools to hold specific arms securley while pressing, so when a few tons of pressure are applied, it wont (or at least have less chance of) blow up in the techs face
