I have uninstalled/reinstalled all my browsers , all my flash plugins / player file. Restarted a kajillion times... HELP! |
Could it be a driver issue? |
^ driver issue? what do you mean? seems software related or corrupt registry entries from the install / uninstalls but i dont even know how to fix that. |
i'm thinking like video drivers, like for your video card.... |
do you know what your video card is? or is it an onboard card? You should go right to the site of whomever made the card - and download the latest drivers. (ie, nvidia/AMD). If you don't know - go to your control panel - look at Device Manager - and under Display Adapters, you should see the model of the video card. |
If you suspect a registry issue, try running CCleaner. |
flash crashes/freezes browser for me too a lot in firefox, a lot to the point i switched to chrome and its started to happen in chrome recently but very rarely (couple of times in the past month) but sorry no solutions from me :/ just want ye to know you're not the only one :) |
happened on my parents computer as well. it was a lengthy process to fix it or i just lucked out while trying to fix it. i uninstalled adobe flash and made sure it was completely clean even from the registry info. uninstalled their browser (which was firefox) then reinstalled firefox and then adobe flash. |
I've been getting similar errors today, but it could be a network issue for me since I moved homes today. |
my fix was to remove adobef flash and move to chrome. i personally dont like chrome very much. |
I had this happen to me a few years back, turned out to be a faulty graphics processor. After I swapped it for another HD 4870, worked great. |
Clear cache cookies and all application/plugin data and thats it. |

What I noticed for Flash is that there seems to be two instances in task manager being shown so I end both tasks off. As for Firefox, it seems to crash if I close a browser then open a new one almost right away which did not use to happen in the previous versions. |
