what do i do?

long story short.
i was driving and some guy cut me off and i had to swerve. i hit a curb and damaged my front right rim.

would icbc do anything?

not to sure but Single vehicle incident so i could see them making you pay your deductible.. If that is the case may as well just search for some rims

I am guessing no witnesses?
Have you tried calling Green's, Panther or Nu-brite to see if they can repair your wheel? Not sure if a new wheel would be cheaper.

finding a cheap replacement off craigslist is your best bet
