So it's kind of confirmed that Stan Lee's appearances are not just cameo's. He is Uatu, a Watcher assigned to Earth. Pretty cool concept. Not sure it started out that way but it's formed into a thing now.

Berz out.

did you like the first one? how do they compare?

im worried they'll lose what made the first one awesome, by overdoing it, or missing the point of why the first one worked so well

to me the first one is like the best marvel movie ^^

This is probably one of the greatest things for the entire MCU...and James Gunn took the ball on this theory and ran with it!

Visually more colorful.. there were some downpoints, but the movie is still just as fun as the first one!

I loved the first one.

I thought the second one they were trying too hard to reproduce what made the first one great. I also like the whole cinematic universe and I thought GoTG2 didn't really contribute to the whole universe, or should I say the current plot.

Surprised noone has mentioned that Sony announced a Venom movie for release Oct 5, 2018. No other details so far. I'm surprised Carnage hasn't made it in to ANY movies yet, he was my favourite villain as a kid. Maybe he'll make an appearance in this one.

It better be epic. Venom is on the same level as awesome for me as deadpool, for an anti-hero. Also, there must be an aftercredit clip for an introduction of carnage.

Venom was one of my all time faves. I even read through most of the black suit storyline, since I had a collection of old 80's comics including a lot of Spidey and X-Men.

But this is a Sony film so I don't have high hopes at all

Just watch guardian of the galaxy 2. I liked it more than the first one.

Thought it was perfect. Perfect dose of humour and cuteness. The date I had with me enjoy the whole movie without having seen the first one and without understanding the back stories lol.

If you expect star lord to be the main storyline, you will be disappointed. Side character stories definitely stole the show. I thought Yondu's story was amazingly poetic. He is the lead in this sequel lol

I really liked it, except I was a bit overstimulated by the pummeling of action the whole time.

You think so? I rewatched GotG Vol 1 on Netflix yesterday and thought there was more action in the first one. I thought there was more character development in the second which was nice.

Pretty crazy thinking its been 10 years in the making for this moment.

Thanos looks really weird without the helmet lol.
