Because if she worked on you, she may not be allowed to date you. In almost all health related professions, you are not allowed to date your patients. You should probably figure this out first. I'll update, I asked her boss if it was okay that I asked her employee out. To my surprise the boss told me she had a boyfriend.

I was kind of surprised that she had one. I thought we might have had a spark but I might have misunderstood it as being really friendly.

Oh well.
