Because when the story broke he was claiming it was an accident and that's what the media was going with. clearly it seems now it was not a mistake.

South Africa's justice system is a joke.

When you have a court system where one person, the judge, renders a verdict of guilty or not guilty, you are bound to see things like this happen. Did someone pay the judge? :suspicious:

I go to bed with my girlfriend.
I wake up and girlfriend isn't beside me.
Someone is in the bathroom.
A) My girlfriend got up and went to the bathroom
B) She has magically disappeared and a violent intruder had to take a shit after he killed her and robbed me, while making no noise or evidence of a struggle.
Its obviously B. Time to get my gun and start firing blindly.
