i'll take a large for shirts. and i think the meeting room might be better just so we can get everyone at the same table and have a quiet(ish) environment to have the meeting

IF at all possible, can we pick a slightly more central location? RM and I have to come in from Surrey, and that's a bit of a drive for Bridgeport. Possibly a location in Vancouver near the Burnaby side of Marine?

Yes please get Shoei FINAL size on shirts ASAP!
Also I am trying to locate a meeting room in a central location for everyone.
Not all Starbucks have one. Anyone else know another besides the Bridgeport location?
Would like to do a nice giant print out of floor plan, entrance points, sponsor locations, RS booth, food truck locations, activity locations, contest announcements etc etc.

just in case it got lost, i'll take a Large. and i'll see if i can find somewhere in burnaby.
If we have BCIT students, we can book one of the meeting rooms at BCIT, the large meeting rooms are still available for booking at 7:30 on friday. the big ones are rooms 137 and 141.

kind of short notice, but i just called the metrotown library, and they have a meeting room available that we can book in advance, it's not available on friday, but they had a cancellation for this wednesday. it's available from 6:30pm-9:00pm. if Wed is acceptable i can call them back and book, otherwise it may be down to either the BCIT study rooms (require active bcit student to book) or study rooms at the metrotown library, but that needs to be booked, day of, in person.

I'm an active BCIT student...I'll look into booking a room for Friday. If BCIT is okay for everyone, let me know, otherwise, ideas anyone?
BCIT is good with me.
Friday earlier the better is good - Not sure everyone's work schedule.
Also, our office is always available too (but in Richmond, but comes with free coffee lol)

friday or sat works for me, but i'm not off work until about 5pm both days and work downtown.
CorneringArtist, if you could book either room 137 or 141 for friday at 730 (going with original day/time for simplicity) that would be great.
i tried to book it with my BCIT ID but it wouldn't let me log in haha. haven't been an active student since 2006 haha.
