Anyone been having these issues? I have BB50 but my D/L speeds are at like 1.50mbps. It seems like it's an issue with Shaw right now from what I have read in their community pages..
never have a problem with my bb50 but u live no where near me ken
the modems are updating new firmware this week, should be completed by now though.
also it doesnt matter if you're on bb50 and your neighbor is on 100. if there is an issue in the area both will be affected.. unless the issue is specific to address/modem
try changing channels on modem and ports or call tech line
