Youtube HD videos look horrible

Is it me? after I did updated to Adobe Flash Player 11.6.602.168, the HD videos on youtube looks horrible...

Post an example. Some of the videos are in "720p"/"1080p", but are terrible regardless, because that's what the original video was like. Most of the trailers should be pretty good quality though.

Are they choppy? or just blurry?

Also recently uploaded videos need some time before the HD becomes HD.

hmm... I uninstalled it, I didnt know but Chrome has their built-in flash player, which is disabled on default... the flash player prompted me for the update, so I updated and all hell broke loose...

Some "HD" videos look terrible because the original source video was simply upscaled from a lower resolution to 720/1080 and uploaded. As long as the dimensions of the video are "HD," YouTube provides HD links.

Most videos are actually HD though. Screens?
