msi p41m-p33 combo motherboard ddr3 compatibility issues.

Hey guys so I found a motherboard and it supports ddr3 ram up to 1333mhz. When I install the ram sticks, the computer boots up with 3 beeps and will not load. Ive seen videos on yotuutube of others with same motherbosrd using the 1333mhz ram and no issues. Question is, could the problem be from not updating the bios? If I go to the msi website, the latest version bios drivers say "memory compatibility update". How do I create a bootable usb flash drive to flash the bios?

It will be impossible to flash the BIOS unless the you can pass the POST. You should find out what "3 Beeps" means.

maybe bad ram?

try 1 stick at a time (if you have more then 1 stick) and try all the slots to find out which stick/slots are not working...

There is a chance your RAM need more voltage, but you can't change that setting until you get to the BIOS screen, which requires you to pass the POST.
